We will discuss what it takes to live a life at the weight you want. There are a lot of reasons why people fail to lose weight and this is why there is no single solution to weight loss. We will discuss emotional, hormonal and dietary reasons why people struggle. This class will show you the straight and clear path for you to have the healthy body you want.
Wouldn’t you like to be healthier in 5 years than you were 5 years ago? Move beyond reacting to health ‘problems’ to actually creating your health! Instead of being overweight or needing to lose weight, create a lifestyle that works for you and gives you the body you want. Instead of heart disease or heart problems, create a healthy heart with nutritious foods, fun exercise and positive mental being that creates happiness and a healthy heart. None of us have perfect bodies or minds. The Taoist sages of China saw that only our soul is perfect and the rest of us stay healthy by our thinking, eating and living. I doubt that any one today would argue with that.
In January we taught people about using a 21-day cleanse to boost their health and empty out some of the toxins that collect in our bodies.
So how do we keep the health we gained from the cleanse and add to it? The first step is simply wanting to feel good.

I had been training for my first marathon and I came up with a brutal case of tendonitis in my knee area. I did ice, ibuprofin (lots of it!), rest, blahblahblah. . . and kept limping through the pain through the long miles. After all that hard work, I couldn't give up on my dream to run the New York Marathon and I also couldn't take the pain.
I consulted with Marlene and after one treatment, had the first pain-free run I had in MONTHS. What a gorgeous gift.
After all my training and the wonderful treatment from Marlene, I'm so proud to say I ran my first (and only) marathon in 4:04:44! I did so much better than I ever thought I could!
